For any defective products, please send an email to services_ss-watch@163.com. for better suggestions. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us immediately after receiving the item.

In the following cases, we will refund or reprint your order free of charge:

– The product itself is defective

– Design error: wrong design compared to the information provided on our website

– The following information of the product is different from the order: type, size

What should you do?

For any refund request, you need to report to us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please provide the following information to our support email: services_ss-watch@163.com

Your order/invoice ID
If you received the wrong item/damaged item, please send us a picture of the item you received.
Once we evaluate, the refund request will be processed within 1-3 working days. If the request is approved by our team, the refund is expected to arrive within 2-3 working days.

Returns

If you receive a wrong or defective item, you do not need to return it to us. In this case, we always agree to refund you. Expected to arrive in 2-3 business days.

Please note: We do not process refunds, reprints or returns in the following cases:

Your order was not delivered due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong delivery address, not being home to receive the courier, not picking up the package on request); and
Your order was not delivered due to special circumstances beyond our store's control (i.e. not passing through your country's customs, delayed due to natural disasters, showing as "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped to your mailbox but lost).

After purchase, customers have 24 hours to request a cancellation.

Please note that an administration, processing and transaction fee (10% of the total order value) will be charged for order cancellations.

After this date, the item will be produced and we cannot provide further support.

Refunds:

For Paypal accounts: 48 hours.

For credit card accounts: 10-14 business days.

The exact length of time depends on your card issuing bank.

Exchanges:

In-stock items: 1-5 business days.

Out-of-stock items: 5-9 business days.

Compensation (credits or coupons):

1-2 business days.

Repairs:

7-14 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges/returns unless we sent the wrong size. For other reasons such as printing issues, we will handle all issues for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund:

– First, check your bank account again.

– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.

– Third, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited.
